Our brain is a pattern matching machine; meaning, that our behaviour is mainly driven by our subconscious mind. This auto-pilot defines our comfort zone and the way we see the world around us; breaking free is tricky as the fear of failure keeps us back. Wanting to leave the comfort zone means identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs. This is what life coaching is for.

I help you discover the discrepancy between your very own status quo and should be eating behaviour; give you all information that is needed to allow for lifelong healthy food choices and teach you mindset strategies to break up your old foodie behaviour and other limiting beliefs.
